Innovative Leadership in Higher Education was a fun, engaging approach to leadership training! Throughout this training experience, I found myself anxious to move on to the next slide and/or module to see what I would learn next. This isn't the "same old" leadership rhetoric that I've read in book after book. In fact, this challenged me to take a closer look at my own leadership skills and assess if I'm really the leader I set out to be. The best part ... is that I learned how to immediately apply the skills I learned to the real world.

I highly recommend this course to those currently in a leadership role or anyone who aspires to be a leader!
