In the late 1990s, Vince Norton and Dr. Jean Norris both had established, successful careers in higher education admissions and marketing, having served as senior-level administrators at traditional and for-profit institutions. But they saw something was missing in admissions training and enrollment management. Numerous consultants specialized in developing long-range admissions strategies, but few offered practical, hands-on steps to attract and convert prospective students. And no one was working with both proprietary and not-for-profits. So in 1999, Norton|Norris began offering training and consulting in Tactical Enrollment Management, guiding traditional and proprietary institutions to measurably improved results. From their inception as sole proprietors providing training and consulting Vince and Jean have grown the firm to a full service agency that offers public relations, media production & placement, variable data printing and mystery shopping. Along the way the core training services have expanded to include webinars and eLearning. The focus continues to be on higher education, offering new ways to connect with prospective students...new ways to benefit from changing technology...new ways to drive enrollments. |
